The Company also actively discloses information that it believes to be applicable to the Securities Listing Regulations and information that it deems important for its business activities.
Method of Disclosure
We disclose information that is subject to timely disclosure under the Timely Disclosure Rules through TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The Company considers the IR website as an important source for sharing information with shareholders and investors,
so it will disclose as actively and fairly as possible even information that is not subject to timely disclosure under the Timely Disclosure Rules,
but will help shareholders and investors deepen their understanding.
Quiet Period
To prevent any leakage of earnings information and ensure fairness, the Company sets up a quiet period from two weeks prior to the closing day of the financial year to the day the financial results are announced.
During this period, we refrain from responding to any inquiries or making any comments regarding our financial results.
However, if there appears any likelihood during this quiet period that our earnings forecasts may change significantly, we will disclose relevant information under the Timely Disclosure Rules.
